DAY ONE
Morning: From 8:00 to 8:30, you’ll be picked up from either your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or a designated meeting point near the Hanoi Opera House, for a transfer to Tuan Chau Wharf via the new highway. Please note, opting for transportation from Hanoi incurs additional charges. Upon reaching Tuan Chau Harbor, you’ll transfer to Hermes Cruises and check into your cabins. As the cruise sets off toward Ha Long Bay, enjoy a buffet lunch at the onboard restaurant, offering a taste of local flavours amidst the stunning backdrop.
Afternoon: The afternoon’s adventure includes a visit to the Pearl Farm Village, a chance to try kayaking, a popular activity in Halong Bay. Next, explore the scenic Titov Island, known for its breathtaking panoramic views of Halong Bay. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, capturing memorable photos, or relaxing on the beach. Back on the cruise, the Sunset Party at Hermes Sky Bar offers delightful fruits and snacks. Happy Hour (Buy 2 get 1 free) and massage services are available to enhance your experience. Additionally, a cooking demonstration invites you to learn the art of making traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
Night: Dinner is a European set menu, served in the cruise’s restaurant, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The evening continues with squid fishing and free time on the boat, offering a chance to relax and soak in the tranquil atmosphere of Halong Bay under the stars. This serene conclusion to the day allows you to immerse in the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region.
DAY TWO
Morning: For those who wake early, a Tai Chi class awaits, accompanied by tea and coffee service. This is followed by a light breakfast. The day’s main attraction is Sung Sot Cave, a magnificent natural wonder that you’ll explore before returning to the cruise. Known for its vast chambers and elaborate rock formations, the cave offers a visual feast with its diverse array of stalactites and stalagmites, formed over millions of years. As the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau Wharf, enjoy a sumptuous buffet brunch, savouring the flavours as you reflect on the morning’s adventure.
Afternoon: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Wharf, it’s time to disembark from the cruise. The journey concludes with a return trip to Ha Noi, anticipated to be around 15:00.
DAY ONE
Hanoi – Halong Bay – Pearl Farm Village – Titop Island
Morning: Between 8:30 – 8:45, we pick up guests from Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House for transfer to Tuan Chau Wharf via a new highway (Additional expenses for Hanoi transportation). Enjoy a 20-minute break at a Pearl store. Arrive at Tuan Chau harbour at 12:00 and proceed to check-in cabins on Hermes Cruises. Relish a buffet lunch as we head to Ha Long Bay.
Afternoon: From 15:00 – 16:45, explore Pearl Farm Village and engage in kayaking, a must-try Halong Bay activity. Visit Titop Island for panoramic views and swimming. Enjoy a Sunset Party at Hermes Sky Bar with fruits and snacks against the backdrop of Halong Bay. Hermes Cruise offers a Happy Hour: buy two drinks, get one free, ideal for relaxation amid scenic beauty. Indulge in onboard massages while soaking in Halong Bay’s breathtaking views. At 18:30, join a cooking demo and learn to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls, immersing in Vietnamese culture.
Night: As night falls, delight in a European set menu dinner crafted with the passion of our master chef. After dinner, engage in the Squid Fishing activity or simply enjoy free time on the boat.

DAY TWO
Bright and Dark Caves – Ba Trai Dao Beach – Me Cung Cave
Morning: Begin at 6:30 with a Tai Chi class or savour tea and coffee on the sundeck. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, featuring various options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. Board the day boat for a transfer to Lan Ha Bay, formed by Cat Ba Island’s archipelago. Enjoy an hour and a half of kayaking at the Bright and Dark Caves area. Lunch is served on the boat, followed by a visit to Ba Trai Dao beaches for swimming and relaxation on the white sandy beach.
Afternoon: Explore Me Cung Cave in the afternoon, an attractive Ha Long Bay destination located on Lom Bo Island. Return to the boat and transfer to the overnight cruises to enjoy a sunset party at Hermes Sky Bar with fruits and snacks. An optional massage service is available. After an hour, join a cooking demonstration with our talented chef to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Conclude the day with a set menu dinner that blends Asian and European flavours.
Night: Engage in the popular squid fishing activity in the evening. Depending on the season, you may occasionally catch crabs instead of squids, guided by the crew.

DAY THREE
Morning: Kickstart your morning with a Tai Chi class and enjoy a tea and coffee service. Relish a light breakfast offering a range of options to suit your taste buds. Following breakfast, embark on a cruise to explore the renowned Sung Sot Cave, also known as the “Surprising Cave” due to its impressive size and intricate rock formations. Inside the cave, marvel at the exquisite stalactites and stalagmites that have evolved over millions of years. As the morning unfolds, it’s time for the check-out process. While en route to Tuan Chau Wharf, relish a buffet brunch.
Afternoon: Your journey reaches its mid-day conclusion as you disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor. Anticipate your arrival in Hanoi around 15:00, marking the end of your memorable adventure.
