This itinerary is applicable for travel between December and February. Availability is subject to change, and peak season surcharges may apply.

This package is designed for 8 people. Alternative group sizes may be accommodated upon request, with adjustments to pricing and accommodation.
Accommodation:
The listed accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. A similar standard of accommodation will be provided if the listed property is unavailable.
Ski Equipment & Lift Pass:
Included for 5 days. Additional rental days or upgrades may be arranged at an extra cost.
Weather Conditions:
Certain activities, including skiing and snowshoeing, are weather-dependent. In case of adverse weather, alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
Price & Availability:
Kindly be advised that all reservations are contingent upon availability and will be officially confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. Our prices are denominated in Australian dollars, and any currency conversions will be processed at midnight daily. Given the fluctuating nature of exchange rates, prices are subject to change until we receive full payment. The adult rate applies to the ages 12 years old and above at the time of travel.
Booking on Request:
Please note that all reservations are processed upon request. A deposit may be required to request the room. Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of your booking inquiry. If your preferred dates are unavailable, we’ll suggest suitable alternatives or promptly refund your deposit.
Payment Terms:
Should an additional deposit be necessary after your booking confirmation, you will receive a notification. However, please note that full payment for the guest stay is prepaid and must be settled at least 45 days before the arrival date.
Changes & Cancellation
• Deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• Changes are permitted up to 45 days before departure.
• Cancellation fees of 100% will be incurred within 30 days of arrival unless otherwise stated.
