Cancellation Policy, Early Departure, Name Changes and Vouchers
No-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full room rate and applicable taxes. Any date changes requested within the cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and new booking. Cancellation charges apply regardless of resort occupancy. No-shows cannot be paid using vouchers. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in loss of billing privileges and cancellation of this agreement at the resort’s discretion. No refunds are provided for early departures. The resort may change the cancellation policy at any time.
