How to Use Your Airalo eSIM

  • Once purchase is completed, the contract begins. You’ll gain access to your eSIM data plan per the product you selected. 
  • Prices may exclude taxes or extra fees depending on your billing address. 
  • Refunds are only allowed under certain conditions. E.g. if there is a technical issue from Airalo’s side. Many purchases are non-refundable.

  • Disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. 
  • You must use the service responsibly: no reselling, sharing, or illegal use; must not damage networks; comply with their Acceptable Use rules.
